No goal No Aim No customer No business Application is still not ready in the 4-5 years and also CEO doesn't know his target customer. Everyday he saw any dream and in the morning he wants to apply doesn't matter, it is available in the universe or not. if anyone will argue or ask any question then he will not reply on that question since his dream is illogical. But MD will definitely deduct salary for the day and then he will start poking for few days and at the final step, 1-2 days before the payout day, MD will fire the employee and hold the salary. The owner does not even think before suggesting something. He calls the meetings discussion whereas they are just dictations. He does meetings for 3 hours everyday in the morning and asks you to give output before lunch. He lacks basic human decency and calls people on weekends, at 1 in night, 4 in night. He does not even know what he is trying to build. Specifications change every morning. He forces employees to write positive reviews in front of him or get their salary deducted. He will kick you off the meeting if he thinks he is loosing a discussion and his point is weak. He shouts and scolds employees like he is a teacher. He will breath down your neck to complete unrealistic tasks in unrealistic time. He sues every ex employee if a negative review pops up on Glassdoor when he has left. The company's favourite pastime is hiring and firing. Just look at the median tenure of people in linkedin. The positions are always open at Nayan . Everything. MD is waaaay over his head and micromanages everything and everyone. He will get everyone for a meeting ( standup) for 2-3 hours in mornings, will not let you work and ask for work. He doesn't understand anything including technology, management, or even basic human decency to not call people at 2 in the morning.

Team leads, managers collegues are good.
MD has half baked ideas and will call you and mail you at 4 in the morning to get something prepared for him by 8. I mean what am I your househelp ? He gives half baked ideas which he gets from god knows where and will force you to work on it. He has no direction where the company is going. If you try to reason with him he will deduct your salary upfront, kick you out of meetings, dedcut and forecefully send you on leaves. He has a fragile ego and will remove you or worse make your life hell. He likes to hire and fire and therefore there are almost no permanent employees with more than a year of experience at Nayan other than Mr MD himself. He calls himself Annadaata(god of food) and asks everyone to not upset the Annadaata. He wants your ultimate commitement and gives you depression and anxiety in return. Most of the reviews here were forced to be written by the employees right in front of his eyes or said there would be consequences. He does not want the image of the company to be ruined when he himself is the one responsible for the downfall. He is a sue happy person and he sends letters through his lawyer to previous employees whenever any of such reviews come into here or other anonymous review sites. He asks them to remove their reviews because of which many people did so in the past. He whitewashes the bad reviews with many paid good ones to save his face. There is no any time. MD can at any time, it can be late night or you at the funeral. If the employee will not pick the call then he will deduct salary for one working day. I was not allowed to leave the office before 8 pm and as being a female, I was not feeling safe in public transport. Also I can't raise a voice as HR is just a puppet and there is no policy.
