I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Dislikes

Staff who are working in HR department doesn’t do there job. If you need to take a letter from that department you have to take so many calls and reminders. Specially miss *ruwini* will spoil you and she took more than 4 months to prepare my service letter and i had to take 100+ calls to remind her. The most disgusting experience ever.
