An old company, free food is provided and environment is relaxed

Salary - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

It still works on the old principles and has still not adopted a corporate culture. You will get the glimpse of an environment with owner and worker. They are very much confused on what is to be done. The environment is also full of politics and favoritism

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
