Politics, team mates & manager is non skilled/non technical.. & nothing much for learning.It's location is also very bad.. desert & very polluted area due to pop factories in the same area.

I'm sharing my experience of 16 months here. Ths my first job in quality, my work is slightly challenging, hactic, no 1 is back up for anyone. You should check it at each stage. Stay on my toes hoping that some day I will recognised for all these efforts.

there is No growth in Navkar bcz they dont give you good salary no good Incrimate , low salary with high politics and its based out side of city too

u can work with the company if you have no other job in the world i learn alot but Experience need money too
