There is 100% job secure and no work pressure few years ago company management also excellent

Dislikes

At Present management is very worst condition why because no one taking care about work and employees and main thing is increments are depending upon relatives in management.

Company is an excellent but present management is very worst

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
