One thing that I liked the most about NatureNurture was the opportunities of learning. You will get an exposure of working with numerous diversified teams. One thing I can surely say is that you will get to learn the most critical life skills for which you pay thousands to a coaching centre.
Employees sometimes have to go extra mile and spend extra hours to meet the critical timelines. Not in particular a dislike for me, but definitely for those who don't want to get out of their comfort zone.

What would you say about a company that cannot handle bad reviews? What would you say about a company that employs illegal methods to get their work done? What would you say about a company that simply uses it's employees, asks them to flood a platform with good reviews so they can change the rating of their company and hide the badreviews? This place is built on lies, does not respect any person they employ, use methods of constantly pitting one against the other as a way to 'grow' in this profession, treats all its employees with disrespect and disregard, propagates a very strong and outright classist ideology and honestly the list goes on and on and on. They are anyway under many radars for their methods - posting multiple good reviews within a week will not change anything about the fact that a company like that should not be moulding young minds at all. They are not trying to change anything except their own personal bank balance....Read More

Employer’s Response
As part of the core management team, let me say off the bat; We are NOT a place where everyone will be happy. Infact only 3 out of 10 people will be happy in our organisation. My research from across the world has showed that most people are happy in roles when they are not being challenged adequately and find their comfort zone or if they are excessively challenged to the point of burn out. While true for most sectors, this policy is not so uniformly applicable in the education sector. Everyone is a proclaimed expert in the education sector, everyone knows how to raise children. Unfortunately children are the most inder-represented voice in the entire sector. Therefore I hold my team to a very high bar of performance and being accountable to children. This is a practice that most people in this sector are not used to, therefore for them NatureNurture is the right place. This is a place where you need to put your money where your mouth is, and put in the work and be accountable to our only stakeholders- the children. Culture and work life balance mean very different things here. Culture for us is equity of opportunity, you will be treated fairly. Regardless of your background, experience, everyone has an equal opportunity to be future leader. We are vested in upskilling each person to become a future leader, but we need loyalty in return. When either of the two is missing, there is a problem. Many of the negative sentiments about NatureNurture testify that "we are not a place for everyone". When given a choice to keep either everyone moderately happy or few driven individuals very content. we choose the latter. We have made a careful choice with this decision, and you should be equally careful in making this decision about your career.

I'm thrilled to share that my expectations have been exceeded during my tenure here. This Organization has allowed me to live my passion and contribute to a cause that aligns with my core values. The organization's commitment to social impact and affordable education is truly inspiring. Nonetheless, the competitive nature of the sector poses its challenges. not everyone can endure the intense demands, and it's saddening to witness individuals who initially express a desire to make a difference but then back off when faced with the harsh realities. This is indeed a pain point for our organization. Nevertheless, I remain resolute in my mission to be part of the change in education....Read More

Our education system often emphasizes memorization over comprehension, leaving students ill-prepared for the real world. NatureNurture, on the other hand, stands as a beacon of change. This organization is determined to revolutionize the way we educate our youth, creating a new generation that becomes better each day. They're shifting the focus toward fostering critical thinking skills from an early age. Structured learning, problem-solving, and nurturing creativity are central to NatureNurture's approach. It's refreshing to be part of an institution that understands the necessity of equipping children with skills that go beyond conventional academics. As someone who has personally experienced the limitations of traditional education, I'm thrilled to be part of an initiative that's actively working to empower the next generation with critical thinking abilities they need not to excel in interviews but to navigate the complexities of life....Read More
The organization's investment in employee growth and development, along with its passion for challenging traditional norms, is motivating. For those expecting a conventional corporate culture and strong work-life balance, NatureNurture may not be the right fit. The emphasis is on continuous learning and dedication, which may not suit everyone's career aspirations.

Being a graphic designer at this organization is a unique journey. I get to explore my creativity to the fullest, and it's not limited to just working on files and digital design. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is the opportunity to craft children's books and similar projects. Designing for children's books requires a whole different level of creativity. It's a chance to tap into the world of imagination, where every illustration and layout brings a story to life. It's not just about visuals; it's about creating an experience for young minds. Their commitment to education and social impact adds an extra layer of purpose to my work. Knowing that my designs will play a role in shaping young learners' experiences is truly fulfilling. It's a place where creativity meets a meaningful cause. I not only get to showcase my talent but also contribute to something greater. It's an environment that fosters creativity, encourages innovation, and adds a touch of magic to the world of children's education....Read More

Having witnessed firsthand how so many individuals struggle in interviews due to a lack of critical thinking, my journey at NatureNurture has taken on a new perspective. The education system I grew up with had its pitfalls, where rote memorization often overshadowed genuine understanding. I've seen a dedicated commitment to changingthis narrative. The organization is on a mission to reshape our education system, nurturing the next generation to become better, day by day. It's not just about academics; it's about instilling critical thinking skills from the ground up. The focus on structured learning, problem-solving, and nurturing creativity is evident in NN's approach. It's inspiring to be a part of an organization that recognizes the importance of equipping children with skills that extend beyond textbooks and exams. While I've personally faced challenges of traditional education, I'm excited to be part of a movement that's actively working to empower the next generation with the critical thinking skills they need to excel in interviews and life....Read More
