My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. I feel proud to completed my entire service in N.T.C. Ltd. Coimbatore, Southern Regional office. The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I am a part of a team to implement modernization and built completely new mills with latest technology and high quality products and provide employment to future generations. I get to travel all Southern Regional mills .

Carrier growth is slow. The work pressure is high. I was received appreciation but unnoticed.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look all Southern Regional mills day to day utilisation, production and productivity and get reasons for loss of utilisation, and productivity . Take immediate remedy steps maintaining.
