I've two offers for Senior Software Developer in NSE (Mumbai) and Senior Associate in Cognizant (Mumbai). Cognizant is giving ways better salary hike then NSE. But the thing is BGV is pending from Cognizant and joing date is 24 Mar 2025. They will provide onboarding link 3 4 days before joining. At the other hand Everything is done in NSE and the joing date in NSE is 17 Mar 2025. So I'm bit confused which company is good for career and growth wise.
