Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 year before which you can't resign on the job training is not given to new joining.

It's worst doing work there, nsci has so much politics and no value of education if you have good contact you get promotion otherwise they won't judge your work or education level

They have not give you proper post and promotions and also they yse your work skill for their benifit will not help you to get promtion and you can't get here any experience while you're training for this job. It's just waste of your time

My work was Setting Policies and SOP for Housekeeping and Training Department.. every thing was sorted and was working fine but as they say Management is seriously working as Headless Chicken and believes in playing Chinese Whisper..I was told to leave.
