75% to 50% pay cut for all staff members since the month of April. Collecting full tuition fee amount from the parents. Drivers and attenders are not being paid any salary at all.

Dislikes

They collect all original marksheets and Certificates and keep it with them for the entire service period. They do not issue any appointment letter. If you want to leave the job at any point of time then you will required to pay two month's salary to get your certificates back. There is no job security as you are not given an appointment letter and you can be asked to leave any time. There is no policy of maternity leave, medical leave. Gratuity is not paid to employees after 5 years of service. Management is very money minded and find ways to deduct salary of employees every month. It is a total slavery environment. They have no policies that are employee friendly and you cannot open your mouth about it....Read More
