I can't understand why there is casual leaves, privilege leaves... TL is not allowing to take such leaves.

Work balance is nice as most of the people are from India and you first of all feel homely. I worked in the IT department and the superiors are great and nice. Very understanding people, no torture, well treated at work, get appreciated environment and a good helping tendency

Learning cure is less unless one takes self initiatives
