If already in job then don't join , because you will regret the decision. Before my joining previously old contact or project staff served the organization for 5-10 years they have been thrown out without intimation Lot work robbery is there 50% new staff vacated in 3 months lot of pressure will be there Completely awful this isplace where company need technical labour in operational departments to you have to do work other than field particularly Mechanical and civil In reaserch groups you may not have that much work but still it is not that great R&D WORK I have worked in one of operational wing I sailed 365 days but no satisfaction If you still want to join then join and find offer in 1yr and go out....Read More

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
