After working also a typical government culture, and notice culture. Not providing any work experience and relieving letter even after serving proper notice period. If people want to stay even then also not letting people to stay more than 4 year. Overall can say a typical mentality.

Treated women badly. My senior told me not to be a part of a project team because I was a girl and because the other (male) members decided to work until 9:30pm and they said this very clearly. The senior authority made fun of my gender on my face. They would crack sexist remarks and would comment on my body and dress openly. The senior official once made a statement "ladkiyon ke paas dimaag nahi hota" to me. My manager was very rude to me. He used to shout at me (and all of us) for smallest error and he did not consider me worthy enough to even learn and did not give me smallest of task while the rest of the team (all male) had lots to do always. I was always treated as an option and not an integral part of the team and was always kept from any official updates and was the last one to know about any team progress. Our TD is very helpful . Technology exposers are there our TD always encourage me to do new thing. I got good work culture and skilled couligue. Also Our TD celebreted birthday, conduct skill trainning classes, also we participated in games like cricket these kind of stuffs increase employee productivity.

1) As I was a NICSI employee and its on contract job so salary structure is very poor although we can get more salary in private company than NIC Nicsi employee. 2) Job is on work-order basis so related department always delay the payment and it could be delay up to 2 to 8 months also so it mentaly disturb the employee sometime so definatly this is the area where NIC and department need to work together....Read More
