I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company is good & salary is also on time but the salary was not good as compare other company.after working from so many years no other like benefit bonus & Air ticket....
