I got alot of experience in this sector It's very good for who are doing agri courses. Salary is very low and it wil goes on u r life.

Dislikes

Ncml brand is good . Some are people spoil its branding .. lack of irrespect and doesn't understanding lower level emp problems.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
