Work environment and culture are best. Food is nice. Security is superb. Teammates, My supervisor Dr. Ram Rup Sarkar sir and other officers at electrical department, civil department and administration are all friendly, supportive, and helpful. Currently I am not working in NCL because tenure of my project ended in March 19, 2020 only. And right now their is no project based on my experiences. So I am not an employee of NCL. But working at NCL for 6 months were best days of my life. I was happy their working at night 9:00 PM and working at morning 9:00 AM. Everything over here is recommendations. Employment harassment. Looking down on lower employees. Some are favourite and some are not favoured and tortured. There was a lady who got promoted to section officer position and she asked all the girls to not to talk to me as I am low grade worker. Even she asks thr boss to not give leave.So miserable.
