compensation was average compared to professional expertise,Superiors had little knowledge of HR Functions. Management unwilling to collaborate with Union rather engaged in confronting union.Management &Union must collaborate,both has to interest of management and employees working there

work was exciting but bosses did not appreciate the functions of Human Resource.and any legitimate demands of employees were ignored

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
