Company is decent but growth is slow the wark pressure is very high sometimes i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in a evening and sometimes late into tha night but salri is not proper growth and not free jods...

Generally speking my work is slightly challenging as i have ti tiik after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations keep an 7 yers rollinv dexperience

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
