Contract employes get huge work load

One who gets to be trained in this firm will have a good exposure to technology and can gain lot of knowledge. There's no other go, you have to work hard to get well skilled. NAL is a vast facility. Everything is in your hands whether you utilise the available facility or waste your time carelessly. I'm lucky that after my training period, I'm given a second chance to work as a Project Assistant for next one year. I'm looking forward to learn more. There no much benefits for contractual employees especially. Poor leave policy, it's like one leave per month no matter even if you work extra hours. There's no other option except canteen food, always same food no varieties at all (ofcourse you can bring your lunch from home). Manager- Employee relation is very poor. You will neverbe invited for a team outing. And ofcourse lots of politics. And main thing is there's no opportunity for a BE graduate to get a permanent post. Work Details

I was given an opportunity as a graduate trainee and as a member of CAD design team to design and develop a hybrid fixed wing vehicle drone viz, VTOL-UAV. I got an opportunity to learn different workbenches of CATIA V5.
