Nothing. No benefits at all. Company has got huge loss due to inefficient and bad adminstration. Because of this employees and farmers severely affected.

Still re-errecting the factory. Scope for learning is more. Construction of 7.5MW power plant was also going on, 2018 year ending it may start working.

Many Workers are backward in education, respect to other people etc.,
