My personal experience suggest to other that NSH is a very excellent company for learning .secured job depends upon someone's wish.food is the worst for North Indian's. Salary will get within time.scale is very less as well as promotion & increment ll get very minimal.

Company is good for learning,and u will get your benefits as in the agreement. Don't worry about food and accommodation even though once you reach in the camp at midnight.

Only the one thing was degrading the company which is "vacation", once you complete your contract you should wait for another 2 or 3 months to reach your home even you schedule it in 2 months before the contract, and don't think about "exit" never will give you.
