The company is quick to incorporate new technology. I am a member of a team that does business development research and leads a team to create the same. The feedback is taken into consideration by higher management. The company policies are reasonable. They're applying the scrum framework at the moment.

Dislikes

On-the-job training is not provided. Does not cover work-from-home expenses. Improved compensation is required.

Work Details

I work on a team that conducts business development research and oversees the creation of an app/website for the same. I maintain track of everyday development, remove any hurdles that arise, and keep clients informed of daily progress.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
