My teammates were good. Work experience and learning more for my career development was good. But the timing of work was more with which work-life balance was not satisfactory. There were many internal politics in some cases in the campus.

First of all its a very good environment to work, you can get good experiance in teaching in such a way that you can teach any topics without any hesitation. If you perform well then you can get good salary with good hike. Administration people are very supportive in all aspects. Staff are very supportive to. Overall a good place to start your career as a lecturer.

It is my pleasure to write a review on the Narayana junior college. I am Physics professor at Narayana junior college from past 3 years. It is a good place to work can gain more knowledge with the day to day challenging tasks. Management are very supportive to staff. They provide good salaries that to in time. Good Staff members. Totally a great place to work.

It is the best college so far which i worked. Administration ate very supportive to staff and students. Their is much to learn and gain knowledge as a lecturer in this college.Good supportive staff as well.Timely salaries.
