I worked as maths faculty in the college. It was a pleasant place to work.workshops have improved my teaching skills. Colleagues are friendly in nature. management is encouraging the staff to implement new strategies in teaching. salaries are credited from time to time. Team outings are organized for refreshment. Scope to learn new things.

Work Details

It was a very challenging task to teach students. I have to look after the performance of the students and report to the management and their respective parents.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

good working environment and management is always encouraging the staff to increase their skills. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
