Narayana is a branad& Good hospital,here working I'm very happy to say but only one thing in Narayana hospital managers is not good, very bad behavior treating of employees & black mail also doing .

Dislikes

Covid-19 time narayana hospital Good protection giving for employees ,but here manages& incharges not giving anything like ppe kit, gown, N95 mask & gloves . In narayana hospital mainly managers are not good

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
