Likes

Great organisation. They will give you complete freedom to execute your work. Management is assessible for any issues and support.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

HR is not upto the mark. Trust factor build between management and vertical heads are not strong. There is NO coordination between different departments. Excessive travel and no work life balance exists for Heads.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
