Dislikes

Horrible culture in marketing segment. (Not talking about academic) No respect for females. Male staff support the only whose females who allow them hint. No leave for female staff. Seven days working. Very horrible. No payment for Sunday work. Male staff even don't know how to speak in Hindi. They don't know how to talk with clients or parents. They do talk in dehati language. I only seen that they are open on 26th Jan, 15th Aug and 2nd Oct. That is horrible for females....Read More

The founders are Good.

Dislikes

Females are discriminated against work, leaves, work-life balance, and Salary. Males can take leave but Females not. Seniors create unnecessary pressure on female Tele callers, for sales, counselling, marketing, and travel for admissions. Seniors want telecaller to do the work of team leader, telecaller, counsellor and PRO also.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
