Work environment is almost good but still a huge doubt on transparency . Morning tea and games were good . Rigid company policy and limited holidays. Good place to enhance your skill , concept . Politics was very much visible and hardly the issues were addressed on time or even not . Good salary as a fresher but career growth as per senior teachers recommendation and finally upto management. It was easy for senior teachers to skip weekly test or even the worst was copy ( Not all but few Senior Teacher ) but mandatory for Associate Teacher. e-Techno curriculum is really amazing, it helps to learn a lot.

Apart from curriculum nothing is good, a proper management should be there. Here everything comes on urgent basis which makes your job more difficult and tedious. At the same time there is a major difference between salaries of two different teachers at same level.

Here people are judged based on clothes they ware and how beautiful or handsome they are (as per principal's view). Only people who flatter around authorities are given importance. No straight forward people will survive in this institute. Worst politics played by Principal who is a totally mannerless lady. Worst ever place I have worked at. Keep fooling employees everyday. Least recommended.
