Sometimes have to work for 12 hours or sometimes 14 hours. Skill development is not more and less learning there. And initial training is not given even you have completed degree Or masters you just have work as an labour contract person, everyone is same there like 10th pass candidate work and degree person work is same. If you don't have any option then only join there. And the salary issue is like God, you'll get salary every month after 15-20 and that too for every two months.
