Employees co-ordinates each other. There was so many things to learn in pharma field. Recruiting department was excellent. They dont ignore their responsibilities and supportive. Company Is good for local candidate.

When work actually in departments there may face problems. No anyone premanage the shifts. Many times in Microbiology department get called giving any idea before.

Hr department is good and company policies are also good.

Dislikes

Microbiology department is most polluted department. No planning of shift and also tells juniors to work 13-14 hrs other than that seniors does nothing nobody wants to work in department just warm the bench and go home and take salary executive do nothing just filling 12 hrs for overtime and tells analyst to go home after 11-11.30 hrs.beggars are also better than them.
