Good at inducting hot technologies and good HIS products. Professional management on some projects not all.
Dislikes
The company policies are completely different to c2h than permanent employees. Unfair policies to c2h like working 6 days a week, no comp. offs, heavy work load. My humble suggestion is join as permanent otherwise you are gonna mess up. C2h employees firing for every month despite your five rating performance. If you question them, they simply say management decision.

Java Developer. Initial joining have no proper support from seniors. Later, moved to other project; gained grip over the product and laid my own path.
