The company deals with trade union skills, they have contacts all over the world that gives them access and support to fight against the injustices the workers are facing. it is a recognised trade union, I was working on a project (3year contract)whereby I had a lot of travelling opportunities, attend workshops and do presentation in Africa as well as Europe. I had an opportunity to study labour through this organisation....Read More

The weakness of the company was that others were taking credit for others hard work, no compliments is given for a job well done. Too much envy and favouritism was among the staff and leaders even though it was an organisation with few employees. leadership were in favour of certain people. there is no on the job training, but rather you have to figure everything out by yourself. Benefits are only for the permanent employees and the ones in teir favour....Read More

My work was challenging but I rest mostly on weekends and close during festive season and of course you are entitled to leave days. Doing field work is very challenging because we organise in the tough sectors where it is impossible to meet with members
