Management is highly biased, no value to the skill set of employees, All top positions are easily manipulating MD Mr Manoj Gyanchandani, Highly unprofessional top management, abusive language is used even by MD and Director level people to its employees. In-fact all HR policies are quite fancy merely a decorative content for employees Immediate firing on spot culture irrespective of level / position / experience.
