My teamate is good .And overall every team member to be supportive .And company's provide to 1 month training period in market .And job security is depand on your working achievements &, targets . And salary is on time .And appraisal &increment is increase your performance and your capability . And work environment is also good

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
