If you are working in namaste India(NIFPL) you do not able to work anywhere. If you want to learn other skill everyone shout on you and demotivate you and if you do anything wrong everyone blame on you that you will not learn anything.

Dislikes

Everything is deserves dislike. Because, if you want to learn anything other in (NIFPL) Modinagar plant the management demotivates you and blame everything on you. No Metter you do that mistake or not they blame only on you.

I am working over here from last 2.5 years. I am enjoying my journey in this group. Many things are there in my likes list.

All things better for other companies this is my side review not for any else, kyunki jisko kam nahi karna uske liye sabhi company me issue hota hai so be honestly great company for growth, appraisal or learning.

Management is highly biased, no value to the skill set of employees, All top positions are easily manipulating MD Mr Manoj Gyanchandani, Highly unprofessional top management, abusive language is used even by MD and Director level people to its employees. In-fact all HR policies are quite fancy merely a decorative content for employees Immediate firing on spot culture irrespective of level / position / experience. (Almost 35-40 cases of highly skill set employees primarily at Managerial and Department Head positions) Designations are distributed as per the capacity of an employee to work in humiliation Presence dominate only in UP, other location product awareness is really poor....Read More
