The initial work atmosphere was very friendly and employee friendly, but then it changed. Teammates are supportive and helpful during this tough times.

Dislikes

I worked for 3 months day and night, even on weekends, and yet they didn't provide any salary or benefits. They keep changing their plans and employees get affected. Finally they set targets which were not in the offer letter and only if we achieve those targets, we will get salary. I resigned this month and so have majority of the HR team. Company needs to work on employee satisfaction policies.
