As a trainee everything is well, but reference for next company is not cooperative. Sometime work at holiday if work need to complete soon as per the requirements.

I was joined as a trainee at National Aluminium Company in the year of 2016. I was deployed in development and maintenance of the in-house projects in the Systems department. The working culture was good and superiors were cooperative. Overall Good.
