Apart the lousy politics the head of school is just a puppet management pleaser. This is what happens when businessmen recruitment shallow "educationists". One needs to be a part of the mutual admiration club to survive in this poor joke of an educational institution with no integrity.

Indeed NIS is a good school..I got an opportunity to work in school. There were many challenges but was fun.During my tenure i enjoyed a lot and learned many things from my mentor, teachers etc. If i get a chance i would definitely ike to work in school . Thanks.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Appraisal are not fair and salary is not good as compare to work. Thanks.

Working for first time in school and my job was quite interesting. I learnt everything on the job , i must say i had a very good mentor who helped me lot while i was on school. you will get learn everday. Thanks
