Working at Nagarro is quiet good, the work culture when I started was quiet good. Work from anywhere concept is a boon for many of colleagues working here.

Dislikes

Don't ask for help from your colleagues as it may get escalated to higher management, by someone who work here from start of organization and devalue you, which is not acceptable. Never let go off your value. Salary and appraisal may be affected as other organizations based on favoritism. Politics within team may hamper overall organization and try to have transparency. Once, you start working to complete your work though deadline is not ideal they take it for granted and tell you in heavy voice like did you say you didn't want to work beyond, hello I have already surpassed my working hours and just to make your unrealistic deadline I'm working long hours.
