The Management take care about its employees well. The work culture is great over here, as the company has got Great Place To Work Certificate. Good Management. Friendly work environment. Job security given to all level of employees.

Dislikes

Management is good but I feel at times management should interfare and resolve the conflicts between the employees rather being a spectator. Though these conflicts are very rare in the Company.
