There is no job security at all. The management is not good. There are no fixed policies favorable to Employees. The organization may be good but there is no humanity. they can use the employees and through away.

Dislikes

Teammates are good enough. Employees are not working for a long time, as Nabcons is not giving salaries or traveling expenses in time. Every time needs to take a new team and giving training, it is difficult to work with new team without experience for time-bound projects.
