Been working there for few months of time all I got is yell even though I performed well at job by my TL and PPL are rational and don't show respect to ppl who working as fresher there.all thier minds thinking about sales not about motivate ppl who do thier best.half of earnings goes to petrol while my company pays me a travel allowance for 350RS 😂.it's enough for a month of fuel cost.

Work Details

No vending machine,no comfortable breaks,huge politics and rationalism,no stress busting things,9 hrs of straight job with less break times.no safety measures while all companies are shut due to pandemic in campus and only company to run with fear.

Poor in people management, they don't know how to treat employees. We have lot of cabin space but managers shouting with infront of advisers middle off the floor.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low but fresher candidate is perfect. There is a bond of 1 year.
