I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

The working culture is amazing, our amazing CEO she herself puts so much effort into the company. Work do get hectic, but she has an understanding nature, she herself has been a through a lot in life and know how things work around the clock. I wish her and this company a lot of more success in the future it's been an amazing journey to learn.
