A single person can ruin the reputation of the whole company so they should restrict themselves by hiring a few people by looking at their experience. They should hire experts who know how to manage employees rather than giving threats. There's hardly any open-ended discussion with Employee,as the senior management person is thinking like a God, the only good quality of that person is good speaking skills, may be that's the reason why that person has survived for so many years in this field. Here you can never expect anything from HR, as the person is clueless, and is only fit for an Executive role, you can never expect a solution from that person.
