Bright chances to learn with experienced team of engineers, working environment is good.

Dislikes

U will not get salary monthly. Salary credited once in 3-4 months , that is too of one month. Even they create situations that u have to beg for ur salary and in the end u will resign from the job and u are asked to forgot about your last 6 months salary.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
