I think I learned a lots in this company before I join this company I had totally fresher and today's I have experienced in various fields and etc like levelling, quantity estimates, work executed as per dwg, some quality fundamental.

There are around 100 pseudo bosses under 1 boss.. If you are under right boss, you can shine like a star with hardwork and dedication.. If not, your life and future will be miserable. Payment is surely on time but salaries are very low .. You get a free hand to work and can learn alot ..

Company politics and management is worst. People are working since 30 years and they won't like any new face coming coz you might take their place. Owner has given partnership to many of his old employees. shoe licking is must if you want a growth. There is no proper management or HR or any employee based policies.

The company produces too much noise. There is air pollution due to smoke that is produced by machines. When people stay together, there is environmental issues
