In this company your job is not secure every minute you think and affaired about your job there management is very bad like project manager and hr. They don't value his worker like tech.or non.tech very bad experience

Everything is worst here. Here no system & no working procedure. Please do not spoil your career to join in this company. All the H.O.D candidates are dummy and unfit and selfish & no punctuality, they are all even not suitable for junior executive positions in any other companies. Every one secure their jobs. Here must required politics, escaping, aggressive behavior, acting infront of management & blaming, shouting on others,bluff. Here no required work knowledge and technical knowledge. Finally cominng to purchase department, one of the worest & terrible purchase system and working procedure. No one knows about the exact purchase procedure even head also the same. Here PURCHASE ROLE = 100% purchase work + 50% p&m work + 60% store work+ 60% accounts work + 70% of project coordinator + 10% of Site HR works.
