Good work culture and teammates are very supportive. It is my first job, working since 3 years and I have learnt many things from it. I have made good friends and sweet memories with my work too. great place to work. And I am really thankful to MyTeam11 for providing me this opportunity to be a part of such a wonderful organization.

Nothing Major, As company have lot of pressure this time so, sometimes feel like too long working hours, "no me time"!. But, i well known after a time these kinda issues will resolve soon.

I am working as an sports Analyst & admin. I research lots of running and upcoming series of international & Domestic matches. I activate these matches on MyTeam11 platform. I create leagues for these matches so, that users can join these leagues & win.

Working with fellow mates sharing mutual interest and zeal to produce maximum creativity is the best part. Our managers are somebody we look up to, the atmosphere we have in our company is something to brag about. Our employee retention rate says it all. We debate, argue over a cup of coffee with our COO and CEO like old childhood friends.

Dislikes

If there would have been any such disliking towards the organization, I would have probably switched to some other entity. But I want to be here until the very end as this is a workplace I am in love with.

I have been working as an SEO executive for the past 2 years. I have explored all the relevant work activities that are a part of the marketing for the company. Not even a month has passed by that makes me question my productivity or enhanced skills.

We enjoy playing table tennis on daily basis provided by the company on the building roof. The best part is when its a beautiful day, we are forced to go out for an outing and enjoy the rest of the day. Our sports company has one common thing amongst and that is the love of games, be it fantasy or physical games. We are a part of the monthly sports days organized by the company itself.

Since we are in a business, where we need to be reactive 24*7, so we have to schedule the tasks in advance with a proper process and optimization in a way where work - life balance is not compromised. It is not possible to carry your laptops everywhere. It will be great if we can go with 5 day working.
