To work in Mystifly, we should learn how to Play politics and the worse management I had ever face.With regards to C-19, Mystifly never support their co workers.

Dislikes

Waste management and good at gambling. The most interesting thing when IJP is concerned they will select as per management choice, not as per the skills and knowledge. Skills and knowledge has nothing to do in IJP in Mystifly. But for freshers it's a good platform to learn.

At the beginning at around 2016-2018, work culture at Mystifly were fantastic but once all the management and HR team got replace, it's became the worse platform to work. Everywhere politics.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
