Everyone in the organization demonstrates exemplary behavior, with the notable exception of Mr. Kaundia (this is not his real name but you can identify after joining). Unfortunately, his conduct towards employees is unacceptable. Moreover, he withholds payments to vendors and ignores their calls. As a result, frustrated vendors often contact other team members, only to be misled by Mr. Kaundia's false promises of payment through them. Ultimately, this leads to further disappointment and anger from the vendors, placing undue stress on the contacted team members. Furthermore, this mentally sick and grammatically weak human Mr. Kaundia's personality is marked by insecurity and an excessive sense of ego. To maintain a smooth working relationship, it is essential to be mindful of his sensitivities and avoid bruising his ego and his unacceptable behavior is a consistent pattern, not unique to you, you are not special.
